Tampines Eco Green

Tampines Eco Green Park is a 36.5-hectare ecological park that resembles a savannah with marshlands, secondary forests, and freshwater ponds, and is located in the Tampines Heartland on the island's eastern end. Over 75 species of birds, 20 species of dragonflies, 35 species of butterflies, and 32 species of spiders live in the green sanctuary (Source: NParks).

The park's three pathways, Diversity Trail, Forest Trail, and Marsh Trail, provide rustic experiences with nature.

We began camp vacation initiatives at the park in late 2018. Around Jan 2022, we had the privilege of leading and organizing a 6-month-long forest school project, in collaboration with the founders of other forest schools in Singapore. This project entailed conducting weekly forest school sessions for children. The experience was truly heartwarming, and it brought immense joy to the learners who actively engaged and cherished every moment.
